Round 5 sees the Eastern 7’s returning to their regular Sunday morning time slot at Bill Sewart Athletics Track, East Burwood Reserve, East Burwood. Nunawading LAC are the host Centre this week.

1. Races may be run split depending on the number of athletes.
2. Athletes may run a distance less than their age group with the exception of the 500m which is only open to U6 athletes.
