Please note Knox LAC is the host and operate a different race schedule than Eastern 7’s. The first race starts at 9am sharp. Each race is then ran in the order below. Please note:

2. Knox runs this race as pink day as a find raiser. Athletes are encourage to wear pink as a fund raiser.
